The context should be, prince idiot and king phail gonna show their sincerity to gomenasorry, thus inviting them to the kingdom where they will be welcomed royally treated like a fucking royalty for being a royalty by royalty themselves.

She's not being summoned to the offending Prince's country.

Sitoen is traveling back to her home country of Tania, which is where the Prince of Luminas will be going to apologize to her, in front of Tania's royalty and kingdom. And, Luminas is the place she was originally going to be wedded into, but that prince was a fool and broke the engagement, which is how Sitoen ended up with Saryu.

It's meant to double as an apology to Sitoen, and to the whole of Tania, who are also the ones currently sanctioning Luminas with all the economic embargo stuff putting them in such dire straits. So Luminas' prince traveling to Tania is a show of respect and remorse to them on top of a show of respect and remorse and apology to Sitoen. And, arguably, making the crown prince of a rival nation come to your nation to apologize in front of everyone is a pretty big deal, and a show of sincerity on Luminas' part.

The issue from there, is Luminas' prime minister is continuing to be an antagonistic force, and clearly has his own designs on attacking Sitoen during this whole event. But that's separate from what the king and prince of Luminas are trying to do, which is saving their kingdom by bowing before Tania & Sitoen to try and get the sanctions placed upon them lifted.

Sitoen is actually "summoned" back to Tania, which is the country she was born in. Tania has been treating her fairly and in fact punished Luminas by sanctions after the idiot prince of Luminas called off their engagement.

Ah okay, that makes it better. It's been a while so I thought she was going back to the Prince's country.
