To be honest I don't think there's a way for this to NOT be TotallyNotPoland, no other country uses this particular set of diacritics

Diacritics were added as a part of the translation my guy. You're reading a japanese manga which, unsurprisingly, is originally written in japanese.

@edit: I say that because this made-up language could be for example based on czech, which is sort of similar to polish (though has it's own diacritics).
