This seems to be the arc of reaffirming the original character relationships. I would agree with @reeeelmao that this is Rokudo 'returning' all the girls to their 'proper' places, but I don't know if that will happen until the manga ends. Is this the final arc? People have been saying "X Is The Final Arc" of this manga for a long time, and they've been proven wrong every time, so I won't make that call.

The only two situations I can imagine where Rokudo restores them all to the way they 'should' be is if the manga is ending, or the manga is somehow ending a part 1 and the slate is being wiped for a whole new cast of girls. I don't think either of those things is happening, but we'll see.
