Romance manga with somewhat realistic writing ?

Recently I was re-reading Molester Man, and maybe it was because it was (supposedly) based on a true story, but I was amused at how each character seemed to talk like real people, with very few of the common tropes found in manga.

I kind of want to read something similar to this, where people act like real people and with very few of the common plot lines you see in the romance genre.

Any suggestions ? I would prefer something involving adults instead of high schoolers but I am open to suggestions involving them as long as the writing is decent.

EDIT: To give an idea of what I like, Yamada Kintetsu stuff is something I really enjoy

You may be asking for a bit much from this crowd to describe "act[ing] like real people" :lul:

Just gonna post the first three titles that come to mind, so you may have already heard of/read these :win:

The classic Train Man is also allegedly based on a true story and one of the first manga I ever binged in a single sitting: https://mangadex.org/title/7b514e78...t-development-the-love-story-of-a-local-train

Telework is a really good one from recent memory that is written with singular purpose, and consequently is not reliant on standard story tropes: https://mangadex.org/title/d09c8abd-24ec-41de-ac8b-b6381a2f3a63/telework-yotabanashi

While you prefer a focus on adult relationships, I did find Insomniacs After School to be a) light on noisome tropes, and b) exceptionally beautifully drawn: https://mangadex.org/title/99af94f5-04c2-424b-8438-0c8386b0ec5f/kimi-wa-houkago-insomnia

The only one I could ever suggest as being somewhat within what you are looking for, is Hirayasumi but that's not romance and it sometimes have to rely on some tropes to go forward; it's fairly level-headed anyway.
