She's definitely some supernatural being. She's worn a hoodie with angel wings and another that said "evil spirits ****ing lucifer - demon blood" over a statue of Jesus which is a little too on the nose to be just clothes she likes. The producer here also had his back scratched up while having sex but when he went outside his back was totally fine meaning it was likely just a dream she gave him.
I'm also curious as to why she waited so long to get involved with the MC. We saw she was watching him from at least his early highschool days but only decided to make a move after he failed his college entrance exams.
