So basically everyone ends up trying to pull their weight above what they think their limit is because they got dead weight but now that the dead weight is gone they ended up performing on their average. I guess one of the reason they could do that is like they said on the beginning they all like Tomme if the dead weight is someone unlikable it's impossible for them to do that.
