Thanks and congrats for completing the series.

Tbf, the story is about a city and characters that are full of chaos, and the ending is just as chaotic.

This series revolves around Yoshida and shows her changed from a compliant employee to a someone more radical and uphold their (crazy) ideas strongly as she rise up in her station. This is in line with most characters in the story with authority (e.g., podesta, madam witch, tax office, mages guild head, first postmaster, etc.), they are all a bit crazy and push their ideals around.

So in some ways at the end she truly has assimilated with the city (for better and worse).

Though I do want a bit more exposition and details on other things, which hopefully we get in the extras.

Damn this ending was quick... i was hoping for something a little more detailed about post war reconstruction policies, but it's still been a lot of fun. What a great series, if it ever gets an anime adaptation (unlikely but i can dream) a longer ending would bump it up to a 10/10 for me.
Yes, this is the biggest mistake the ending has: They needed a post-climax falling action chapter between this chapter and the previous. Some bits here and there showing the immediate aftermath and cleanup of the attack were the only thing that kept this from being a banger ending.

Damn, that was a quick ending. I would have expected one or two more chapters. Still, that was a great manga.

Thanks for your work on the series, I'm looking forwards the remaining stuff.

Is there any way of finding the art from the fanbox somewhere? Somewhere that isn't behind a paywall, I'm curious but not THAT curious...

I thought I wanted Yoshida to have a happy ending in her castle, but honestly I'm kinda happy that her dreams fell apart and sister Rosa is the one leading the post office.

Better than I expected but still pretty rushed. I hope the expanded epilog adds more but... well... let's be honest none of this was out of character for any of these dorks, complete with Sigrid both being part of the mutiny and also continuing to hang out with Yoshida.

I hope the kids were rescued from the Uberbarrel.

There is, but I don't want to catch a ban for naming a certain free aggregator of sites like fanbox with paid content. I will say you should search for the japanese name of the author on such a site, that being 'グレゴリウス山田/ヤマーーダ', and not his English name.

THEIR FANBOX HAS RAPE OF THE BUNY EARED FRIEND :meguuusad:
OK, now I have a very important question. Does the fanbox have more of Yoshida's thighs?
Because I'll treasure what we got of them in the manga itself, including this chapter!

In all honesty, though, yeah. The barrel part is still something that annoys me.

The verification office was destroyed in the fighting and their members declared renegades by Idazig. She went rogue and probably ended up as another postwar bandit. I have a feeling she would be a perfect fit for the "organization", though. After all, she used to lead what's basically this manga's version of the SCP Foundation.

I think the funniest bit in the ending is that Yoshida's party is too chaotic and "special" for the very people seeking to maintain a world of chaos dominated by people with special abilities. Yoshida is basically the "betrayed hero" of the new generation of misfits.

Well I will wait patiently for that self published volume to get translated. It does say it has an expanded ending.
