You think? Personally, I don’t find it worth translating, lol.
Yes, I like it, and I’d call it decent since it avoids the usual clichés like “male party member wants a harem so he kicks the MC,” “there’s brainwashing,” or “someone is purely evil.” Instead, characters are just misguided and actually develop. (The MC starts out edgy, but you can’t blame him, and he mellows out.) But honestly... there are TONS of stories like this, the plot isn’t that well thought-out, with plenty of time skips, pacing issues, and random scene jumps, and sometimes it seems like the author’s not sure what to do with the characters or the direction.
In a sea of similar stories, this one’s easy to miss. (The only reason I even know about it is from a big “betrayed-by-his-party” binge of WNs I did back in 2022-23 so I read A LOT OF TRASH, and in comparison, this one aight.) I’m honestly surprised it got a LN adaptation (two volumes so far, I think) and now a manga adaptation.
