The best part about Sasha verbally abusing him everyday was that she would later cry herself to sleep at night asking why she would say those things only to do it again the next day. She would continue doing this until she kicked him out from the party.

Because ultimately, Hyce was right about her. Deep down she despised him for being weak and holding them back. But she is so emotionally stunned and goal orriented that she cared about nothing else. This is why she kicked him out the way she did. Her caring about him and trying to keep him safe was a compelete bullshit excuse. She wanted to move forward and dude was slowing them down. It was a great opportunity to get rid of the competition for the lesbian saint and the dickweed shieldman as well so they went along with it. i don't think sasha and reynold not wanting him to die is just an excuse, they actually really don't want him to die, though, what you said is also completely true, the feeling of Sasha wanting to progress to higher rank is bigger than wanting to go there together with Hyce, which is an ass move from her since both of them are the first two that made the clan and she forgot about their dream only to speak of it again later after they're both S rank (and we all know half the reason is the gaslit from reynold and especially piazolla as well)

and that is why the part where hyce bluntly told her that "it's your dream, it's no longer our dream" right on her face after this feels satisfying and every single person that are with Hyce calling her out for kicking him after she literally raised so many weak adventurer when she made the clan house feels so good as well

also, i don't really hate Reynold, but the part of the author trying to make it as if Reynold acting as the bad guy is annoying, especially when it's revealed that deep down he also wants Hyce gone since he likes Sasha romantically even with all of his good intention, he's an asshole in a way still despite having nice sides

the guildmaster part, i'm still pretty sure he didn't exactly ask hyce to forgive sasha and co., he do want hyce and sasha get along again but, it's more towards inclination of him still doesn't want friends somehow
him talking with hyce in this party later though, now that's him talking out of his ass because it's specifically about sasha

Regardless of her intention she still kick him out! Essentially giving up on there dream! I forget what Hyce said exactly but her” trying to make there dream” come true was her trying to use him as excuse to justify kicking him out!

As if it would absolve her of everything.

And that fact the he awoke his ability because of it are both just hindsight

another thing is that, Reynold and Piazolla also gaslight her saying that Sasha is feeling hurt as well doing it despite Hyce definitely more hurt being told that to his face every single time even though he kept trying his hardest as well, so the loop keep continuing until they banish him

again, simply because they like Sasha in a romantic way (though Reynold in a way actually doesn't want Hyce to die)

I don’t think Sasha is as mess up as your making it seem!

I think due to the pressure of being a leader. The pressure of the ever growing dangers they have to face as there team moves up in rank. And due to there dream! Cause this situation in the first place.

Cause it understandable why he was exiled! If things kept going the way that there where there would be a high likely hood of him getting killed.
And if they where protecting all the time they couldn’t operate at 100% and might gotten one of there teammates killed.

It must weighed on her to do that to her childhood friend.
