Heroes of stories like this are normally both childish and dumb, but this author doesnt even try and make this into a good read and only put efforts into making the MC even more dumb than anyone out there.
That, in a sense, actually make this one stand out more than normal i guess. But its still not worth the time to take to read this one.

I hope you complete translating the rest of the episodes. They really deserve it. The hero's fighting style is very enjoyable. It's also a harem story for those asking about this.
cool, though checking the light novel page, its a duel protagonist story, which is sad, cause i dont think sasha needs to be one!

The question is a bit tricky to answer. The guild master (their former teacher) tells him that the party didn't know but because of the circumstances but he doubts the story (the rumors before he got attacked and they left the capital the very next day without waiting for him to wake up and apologizing. At this point I would recommend that you have a look at the spoiler "Hyce's grudge". There's an excerpt where Sasha finally apologizes to Hyce (after their s-rank promotion 2 years later) but gets refused. You also get the reason why the misunderstanding isn't the whole reason for his grudge.
Over the the time they develop a new relationship but at the same time don't forget about the past. They cooperate occasionally (because they have the same goal) but he doesn't rejoin the party. He prefers to work solo but often (involuntarily) teams up with other people. He becomes more sociable again and even interacts with his former party members in his free time (like drinking with Reynolds, talking about books with Tycoon). Even if he doesn't admit it, Hyce and Sasha often behave like friends again and even develop romantic feelings.

If you read the following chapter you get the gist of their relationship (hope your browser translates Japanese; it's a really nice chapter if you are into reconciliation):

So I ended up reading everything with google translate. With my limited understanding of Japanese and google translate it ended up being less painful than I thought.

I don't like how Sasha says she still doesn't regret banishing Haise. Personally, it seems wrong she doesn't regret it. But also, objectively it seems odd for her to say that since a big part of the story was her regretting all of her actions, and it appeared the author was making it out to seem like it included the banishment.

It seems the MC (Haise) will be colder to the FMC (Sasha) than the WN version which I would prefer. The WN kinda lacks some consistency regarding his actions. For Example;

At the WN's version of Chapter 3.1 Haise and Sasha engaged in small talk like nothing happened when she finished talking with the Guild Master which was inconsistent considering the WN's version of Chapter 2.3 Haise was wary when he saw her at the gate when leaving from the castle to the point he was paranoid of an ambush from the group to silence him about the Dragon Incident to protect Sacred's reputation since it might carry weight since he is S-Class now if he had the intention of spreading rumors.

He seems also to be a simp imo as he goes from 'I can't forgive her, I don't consider you as companions, I work alone etc.' to being suddenly considerate for her to the point Sasha can take advantage of it to butt in his matters quite easily.

An example of this was during Third labyrinth where she forced her way on his Helicopter and he just easily complies and even suggested a 50-50 split even though he did most of the work. Another example, shortly after, is that He also made her take all the fame of destroying a criminal organization that he crushed on his own for kidnapping one of his friends under the guise of 'I don't wanna be known' even though he is already famous and known to be the strongest at that point. In fact, they interfered by saving an enemy.

The most irritating part was when Sasha had no hesitation to force him on a quest with her team by threatening to file a complaint against him for having two S-Rank adventurers (her and Hijiiri) to fight even though it was only a suggestion and he said nothing to oppose it. Even though it was revealed shortly it was a royal request from the king and was for mutual beneficial for him, it was still a scummy thing to do.

The reconciliation chapter was lackluster since it was just a repeat of Chapter 2.3 with Haise just doubling down.

Those small changes are one of the things that give me hope after dropping the WN so I hope you are right.
Another small change is Presea
in the WN she obfuscates her objective and offers herself to Hyce while in the manga she talks about her sister from the start,
it might look small but it could also be a reason for him to trust her that easily.

Many are dissatisfied with the reconciliation plot of this series, how Hyce easily keeps interacting with Shasa and her party . Even though "maybe they already know the background of this misunderstanding" they still criticize their relationship.

Actually from the beginning there were only 2 possibilities that happened:
First "Hyce has no contact at all and forgets them, and starts a relationship with someone more worthy";
Second "reconciliation between the two parties until they make peace".

Many want the first thing but unfortunately the author's initial idea was to make a reconciliation story and he made his reconciliation story unsatisfactory in WN (don't know the changes in LN because no one translated it, there might be changes for the better than WN).

Well this is just a casual story even though it's a bit unsatisfying but it's still fun to read because I don't take their problems seriously, this is the same as most anime or manga stories but different from the thoughts of people who take this light story too seriously :coffee:

In the WN the author makes it clear that there's only one option which is full reconciliation, it's common and boring but it wouldn't be so bad if the author wasn't so heavy-handed with his Sasha and by default Sacred favoritism.

The other option you presented, MC going his own way would satisfy many though it would make like half of the original WN useless since the author really loves Sasha and forces her presence in every situation possible, there's also the choice of a professional relationship, Hyce will work with Sacred but keeps the convos to a minimum only interacting naturally with his friends.
