I regret to read this shit, harem tag probably with the dragon not a human harem.

Man that went from adventurer to contract drug mule to casual drug kingpin real quick.

Must be nice to have a literal Deus Ex Machina around to Fufufufufu explain everything you’d ever want to know.

Given that one dragon has already been explicitly called out as tsundere I am unsurprised to hear it’s going to humanized harem.

I'm on chapter 15 currently and I just want to type a personal review for this. So far I like the concept, the mc being the only one to understand the dragons is a good concept for a manga. Sadly can't say the same when it comes to the dragon's design/art, everytime I look at it it's like I'm seeing a Pokemon that can handle a human (if you know, you know) there's no reason for the dragons to have a "do me" eyes, I can understand if the author have their limitations when it comes to their art but gawd damn at least try to make them more cool/lizard-like. And now for the story, so far there is no goal it's like one of those daily stories of doing random jobs that doesn't go anywhere in the story (maybe there is I forgot) the mc is bland as porridge being one of those kiritos that gone wrong. Honestly overall I give it a 4/10 some of you might disagree with me but that's fine, everyone have different opinions for this manga and I would like to hear the reason.

I too also randomly picked this up today. Gonna throw my unbiased opinion out there too, but as notes. First, the good parts;
  • The art is decent, and the expressions on most characters are very well made.
  • Protagonist is overpowered, but uses his head more than his power.
  • Token love interest girl is not in your face about how much she wants the protagonist to bed her.
  • The idiots that booted out a clearly beneficial asset get dealt with. This is always a positive no matter the series.
  • The dragons are fun characters with very well defined personalities.
  • The lack of male dragons is reasonably explained in the story (though it's still just the author's barely disguised fetish)

And for the bad, without spoilers:
  • Protagonist is kind of one-note. He respects dragons, and is a good guy. That's it.
  • Protagonist gains powers as fast as a prostitute gains STDs.
  • Dragon designs are very clearly made by and for individuals with very specific deviant tastes.
  • No really, those dragons were made for adult content. Dragons do not need bedroom eyes.
  • There are background dragon designs that look way cooler than some of the main dragons.
  • One dragon is really, REALLY thirsty. She's tsundere, but there's a lot of tsun with very little dere.
  • There is no major plot. Just a guy basically being Dr. DoLittle for dragons and doing odd jobs.
  • Several plot points and points of interest tend to be forgotten. A certain handy tool from the start of the story, for example.

I wouldn't say this is as lowly rated as my peer above did, but it's neither outstanding nor bad. It's just an okay read. Nothing truly stands out aside from the very clear barely disguised fetish parts, but the story isn't so bad as to say that it's not worth reading. It's good enough that I'd watch an anime adaptation if it ever got one, so I'd say maybe 5.5/10 is fair. It's 34 chapters in so far in terms of translations (as of when I posted this), and I don't know how long the series plans to go on for, but it currently lacks any real goals outside of making a harem of dragons with seductive expressions.

Now, for my biased opinion? Lea is cute and I wish the utmost pain on any character that would want to harm that adorable little ball of fluff.

how to train your dragon if its much more in depth about dragons
instead of the subtle details hinted by many things
both are good
both i enjoy
however wtf is wrong with ppl who treat dragons as tools
i mean, its hard enough as it is to raise a dog or a cat, how do u even become so hateful towards animals that u work with?
imagine riding a horse to work everyday, and u suddenly grow to hate it, and start shitting on it, kicking it
or a car, sure somr ppl would treat their car somrwhat carelessly, but unless the driver is under some sort of substance or have a deathwish, i cant imagine a driver would crash his own car, bought with his money, just cuz he hates it, at the very least, a car owner would resell it for money, and keep it at best possible condition for the best price
in any case, it just doesnt makes sense for dragon riders to hate on the dragons to the point of almost like racism

This series is kinda weird tbh The MC keeps getting godlike powers but there isn't any real danger where he would need them, and he just kinda decides to produce drugs on the side for no reason and seemingly without any thought. I don't really get what the author is going for yet.
