That could be a isekai title right there."I became an S rank adventurer, and also the 15th generation commander of the knight's order of the Vagenstein kingdom!" (Page 15)
It depends on what it was before. If it was always an house, then yeah, it's weird. A 3 story house could have easily been a shop before, with the actual shop on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor (for the live in employees) and 2 on the second floor (for the owner and maybe his child)how does that massive 3 story house only have 4 bedrooms? does it also only have 2 bathrooms?
Depends on what it's designed for. Especially in an area like that, and the time period this is inspired by, the bottom floor would be more like a public area not exclusive to the family. The second floor would be the normal living space like we have in modern houses, and the top floor would have the bedrooms. The problem with this, though, is that they're in a residential area, which means there isn't a reason to have a public/business first floor. In modern times, the solution to that as zoning became a thing was to use the first floor for entertaining and housing guests, storage, etc. I assume to reduce weight stress on the upper floors, since it's not like the ground is going to fall out because you put too many cans of spam on it.How does a three story high 'house' only have four bedrooms haha
To be fair, it's a perfectly reasonable use of magic. You know this is a wish fulfillment anime when they got AC
