Honestly, I see it as an issue with the writing more than the character itself. This manga likes to make characters act in ridiculous ways to set up a situation, then magically tone them down once things get resolved.

It's artificial drama and it's annoying, but thankfully that seems to be the worst part.

Average manga arcs that include the high class or the royals just makes everything become straight up braindead. And all that's just for the main character to show his skills and shit because the average authors aren't actually skilled enough to write something that makes sense with things that they don't understand like the upper class.
