Yes, when the only other group has questionable ability to TL into the target language (much less PR) and is still trying to figure out TS. If you can do it better, do it. That aside, this group already invested significant effort in the chapter, so much so they felt compelled to release. Would kinda suck to just shitcan it without even attempting to upload.
