This series seems to carry the harem tag, which increases the chances of it being a humanoid-transforming female dragon quite a bit. That being said, I wouldn't say it's guaranteed. It obviously depends on if this dragon is meant to be a long-standing ally or just a monster for this arc, maybe another arc further in the future.
