@nobaka Ketchup is exactly why omurice is one manga/anime food I will never try even out of curiosity in its generally intended form. Would definitely have to edit the recipe a bit in that section. Maybe use some of this for any part of it that uses ketchup. That'd have some kick in a different direction than something so heavily vinegar based.
