Why would you let a kid (Shuusuke) that was injured sleep out on the streets at night?

The fact that the Shuusuke new Kazuma and Shiinka's name and that Kazuma was a murderer would suggest that he was Shiika's half-brother and the fact that he doesn't have a place to go home to or he doesn't want Kazuma to contact his parents would suggest that he has either run away or it wouldn't matter if he contacted his family and would prefer to be on the streets.

Another person that it could be was another kid from the orphanage who knows Shiika and Kazuma but that wouldn't explain how he knew Kazuma was a murderer.

I also wish that they would have let the conversation between Kazuma and Shiika continue as it may have helped Kazuma with some of the guilt he was feeling.

With the Shuusuke being so close to the orphanage and where Kazuma lived makes you wonder if he was trying to visit Shiika for the holidays.
