The last page had " To Be Continued" on it. The last few chapters felt like the series would end each time, so I think the author it just doing it in case they can't come up with another arc or the artist decides to quit.

As far as I'm aware, the novel hasn't had any new chapters in a long while now.

That's not really a spear, it's more like a lance now. And boy did that feel like the ending right there when he was handing Bellmoon down to the kid.

I do hope that this continues into a new arc since this has been an amazing story, as unlikely as that sounds from the way the source material has been on hiatus.
