It is possible to block groups in the MangaDex extension for Tachiyomi. You'll need to go to the group's page on MD, copy their ID, go to the settings for the MD extension, then pick "Block Group h UUID". In the popup, paste the ID of the group you want to block (comma separated list if you have some already) and you won't see their stuff in the future in the app.

This series is kinda interesting and funny how both girls are trying to end the party lol.

It's kind of funny how this chapter also mirrors the scanlation situation for this a bit: one aims to save scanlating this manga with legit translation and the other aims to wreck with unreadable MTL.
