You know, for a manga that is meant to be about someone with broken hands and the deepest of blues, I really like the complete separation from the origin point into whatever this is meant to be.

but the original cg has a really good story too.....

mainly because the illegal drugs are in fact a plot point in the original, a major one at that

the VN is a very faithful adaptation of the CG

Then we learned that sometime earlier the head nurse had connections to criminal organizations that she got from brainwashing and beating the hospital director to assume his administrative powers since he was caught with dirty money.

Then the clerk (who is an undercover cop) plants a camera on Yamada to get proof of this shit.

That's when the real plot stated where Mako and her cronies try to find the person behind the camera.

Oh yeah there's a final battle at the end.
The CG(type:artistcg) on Hitomi.la (which is what the VN is an adaptation) but the only TL is in Korean and i think Chinese, so i recommend watching the VN gameplay on rule34video should you want to read ahead of the doujin.
