mainly because the illegal drugs are in fact a plot point in the original, a major one at that, as the VN is a very faithful adaptation of the CG.

Then we learned that sometime earlier the head nurse had connections to criminal organizations that she got from brainwashing and beating the hospital director to assume his administrative powers since he was caught with dirty money.

Then the clerk (who is an undercover cop) plants a camera on Yamada to get proof of this shit.

That's when the real plot stated where Mako and her cronies try to find the person behind the camera.

Oh yeah there's a final battle at the end.
The CG(type:artistcg) on Hitomi.la (which is what the VN is an adaptation) but there's no english version.

Yeah but your boss probably isn't a fucking serial murderer who runs an illegal drug manufacturing/trafficking and organ harvesting ring which earns money by selling its products to criminal organizations.

This manga literally just an adaptation of an 18+ CG set from some guy who draws these weird shota femdom CGs.

The other crimes Mako gets charged for are(in the CG, the all ages version got axed) less weird and out of this world, namely embezzlement and tax evasion (more plausible).

The author is serializing a manga that is also full of shota femdom stuff but with a shounen esque plot and narrative just like SB did.

I'm really close to drop this manga. If nothing fanservice/ecchi happen when the diarrheic old men arc is over i will un-bookmark this and stick to the hentai version.

Just read the CG on hitomi at this point since it's already done compared to the doujin.
The caveat is that there are zero english TLs.
