I think it's meant as a double meaning, since the 4 generals are usually tied to the 4 elements, and with Sylph (wind) Urumander (fire, and playing on Salamander, the usual fire spirit name), and Geonome (earth, and based on Gnome the earth spirit). Thanks for the translation.
"The overseas agent" - was this meant to be "The foreign agent"?
Heh... Did you see that Shinji!!?
Considering they chose the guy who voices Yujiro from Baki to be the Demon King's voice actor, I highly doubt that. The demon king is such a cool character.
But since all characters seem to be female... He's going to be a dommy mommy, right?
He wants him to become king after he has dealt with the current kings. Demon Lord's issue with the kings is more with the system that put them in place, as it creates powerful warrior kings who are hopeless in administrative matters or complete tyrants (and none of them are apparently thinking about hiring chamberlains or seneschals for those tasks).Demon Lord wants MC to become a king. But his own desire is to dispose of all the kings...
He's a suitable king post-Magna Carta. have power and charisma but knows who to utilize his men more than his own abilities. The demon king is a good king though; he may not be as insightful as MC, but has the charisma and power to earn the trust of all his underlings - as a good leader should. So I don't really get why he (or she as others suggest) would want to step aside for MC to become king.
Also, why kill ALL other kings? Surely one or two are like them and treat their subjects well, no?
