My take on Sasha is that, while she seems to be forging a real relationship with Master right now bit by bit, her brain simply works different and might always see a separation between love and sex so if Master, or any other guy, wants something resembling a stable relationship with her they will have to accept that it will more than likely be an open one, at most they can hope to direct her to less dangerous situations.

There are 2 different universes. The Futoshi(fat otaku)Route, and Shishou(Magna MC) Route.
Sasha is the same character in both, but events differ.

Futoshi only appears in the doujins, and in the manga she has never met and dated him.

In this doujin from a while back( https://nhentai.net/g/532937/ ). Hagu posted a relationship chart in it.
President was clearly her biggest love back then. Things are clearly different again in the manga route.

I think we still have a good amount of content left before it ends and predict that it'll go on a good deal past ch 100. We haven't touched on Sasha's mom referenced a few chapters ago plus there's the arc with Hiyori-chan/Yumenomi-sensei that he's planned.
