Yo, anyone who knows the raws, can you answer one question for me? Did she get her experience from being a Junior Idol? Honestly might be make or break for me. It's one thing for it to be of her own volition, one that she actively seeked out, but it's another for it to be because of a job.

There's a degree of implication, y'know? Of this happening to other girls, other children, who might not like it as much as she did, and that'd just stay in my mind. It ruins the comedic aspect of it, of why she's so sexual, and just... implies so many bad things. I'm only asking, because in the hentai, they keep referring to it and I just... man, I don't want it to be the canonical reason.

I don't know if it's mentioned specifically in the raws, but this chapter ties it in to the doujins with MC in them. Those doujins feature a friend she made back during her "Idol" days, which you can see appearing repeatedly and participating sexually in 414001, 363041, 544195, then 480409 in chronological order (And cameos in other stories too). The only way out is for the author to retcon her backstory and leave this timeline separate from that continuity.

But here's a question: Does this retcon lead you to believe the author uses his powers to make the series less degenerate? Would he seriously take the opportunity to disavow everything he wrote until now? The closest we have to that is her talking about her childhood with her uncle, since it implies she got like this because he just showed her porn (and nothing else, since she told us this story before the retcon).

Knowing the author, he'll probably just have her tell us that she actually started fucking her uncle while watching these after he started showing her the "Jr. Idol" porn videos (Something she would have just told us the first time she brought it up), and that that's how she got the idea to approach her dad to be an "idol" too, and start the whole "I sleep around for money, record myself, then send you the videos so you can jerk off" thing she had going on in the doujins; and that would still be a more competent retcon than this and everything we're about to get.

Speaking from experience, being sexually active in middle school can have its problems, but as long as you have a good support structure and parents you can rely on it shouldn't be a problem in the future. In my case Ive become incapable of telling the difference between sexual and romantic attraction so I'm extra on guard in my late 20s afraid nothing is genuine. This could be a result of that or because Im autistic, not really sure. Sasha doesn't appear to have this problem so I think they'll be fine.

She lives with her twice-divorced single mom, and you haven't seen what her relationship with her dad is like in the doujins...

Being sexually active in middle school is inherently bad (Especially with adults), and the author's solution to this is for everyone to just... magically accept all the horrible things she does as "ok" and not call the police. It only works in the doujins because it's porn and you just turn off your brain until you're done or move on. But the closest thing we've ever had to "sex at middle school age isn't bad" is back when we would arrange their marriages to other kids.

The fact that you're telling us it can be ok, while then immediately telling us you can't tell the difference between love and lust, fearing nothing is genuine, tells us everything we need to know.

It's rare that the author brings their doujin porn character to serialization while fundamental altering it. The closest I can think of is Nagatoro, and even that was an evolution rather than a wholesale change.

Cheeky Gyaru Step-sister is an excellent example of taking a character from a porn doujin and moving them to a more wholesome timeline. It can and has been done. Again the issue is not that the author is merging the canons, it’s that they did it so late into the series with absolutely 0 build up

I disagree. I feel like you shouldn't have to go through an author's backlog to figure out how a story is going to go. I'm not saying it's incorrect to realize he probably was going to swerve this way due to the stories he produced firsthand; just that I think every story should be judged based on its own merits, if that makes sense?

I feel like this story's sudden shift from a slightly more innocent story compared to what it is now is rather poor writing. I think there was ample time to give more hints as to where the author wanted to take this particular story; not that I particularly mind. I just think the sudden shift was not well executed as it could've been. I just think a proper build-up could have prevented most of the backlash I have noticed within the comment section in these past two chapters. Either way, it's been entertaining so far, so I'm personally gonna see where it goes now lol.

By the way, just to make sure, I'm not personally attacking your point of view, just giving my thoughts on what has occurred so far. Just wanted to let you know, just in case it seems more derogatory than intended.
