I'm pretty sure originally Sasha and MC had another intimate moment after the reveal in which she almost kissed him as he was sleeping but got shy and stopped herself. He fell asleep in her lap since he was tired after all the big news.

me sitting here, shocked/laughing at the people who didn't know this was based on NTR doujin and didn't expect it to go this way being disappointed now.
Yeah, even if you did know about the Sasha porn stuff, there wasn't a lot of reason to believe that it was based in the same universe. Because, well... that Sasha wouldn't be acting like this. That Sasha would be super fucked up, because she's been literally sexually abused. This felt like a 'what if' scenario, where instead of Sasha's curiosity getting her into serious trouble, she found a kindred spirit who was also curious about the same things she was.
While I think this is an interesting route to take, it's also one fraught with peril, especially around the idea of glamorizing and normalizing child sexual abuse. Because the porns of Sasha were child sexual abuse. Straight up. That sort of stuff leaves scars that don't heal. If its relegated to the slightly older but still a minor senpai, it can be interesting. Because as much as we like to pretend otherwise, kids are sexually active with each other, and there's age gaps there that, while in total don't feel like much, lead to vast differences in emotional, physical, and intellectual development. The difference between a 22 year old and a 25 year old isn't much. But the difference between a 12 year old and a 15 year old is massive; but these two kids could easily meet and interact with each other on a regular basis.
Hell, I remember people telling me when I was a senior in high school to take a freshman who was into me to the prom, and how that wasn't like... strange. A few guys in my class did. I balked, because I was 17 and she was literally 13, cause high school is 4 years. It felt 100% wrong. But kids can and do get into these relationships, and while there's clear issues, its also a part of growing up that adults like to forget or gloss over, just like having crushes on adults. It's part of the vulnerability of childhood and how kids can easily be taken advantage of.
But the Sasha porn stuff isn't known to everyone because of that. It's because its shocking and depraved pedophilia. She wouldn't be anywhere near okay, and we shouldn't be okay with the idea of portraying that as normal or acceptable.

No, this is seriously NTR. NTR isn't "cheating" or "cucking", it's when A likes B, and B sleeps with C. A and B can be friends, relatives, lovers, or even married. There's the soft variety where the author just keeps reminding you there's a love interest that's being betrayed, and there's the hard variety, where the love interest is watching the sex happen and being destroyed by it. Here's an example.
Also, the story starts off with "soft" here, then it goes HARD in Chapters 65-66-69:
