@mammaria If we are considering the common troupes, it's possible that he will turn temporarily into his adult/true form, will wipe them out and save the damsel(s) in distress, they get away without witnesses (seemingly), some random other cultivators will come to investigate including for whatever reason a (comparatively) high-ranked cultivator and then either 1.) high-ranked person will realize the ML wrecked them, 2.) high-ranked person will realize the sword aura o.s. in other words has some complicated relationship with MC, and/or 3.) someone actually did survive and the tip of other cultivators.
Either way, some kind of hunt will begin.
(Of course, something entirely different like you and I think could also happen lol.)
