Oh, that explains why Fujimiya has been running around searching for the occult. I'm betting he's one of them, but the opposite of you-know-who in that he has an anti-occult forcefield of some kind instead of being able to draw out the craziest shit around. That's why he keeps missing encounters despite actively searching for them.

So Fujimiya joined Kisaki... kinda surprised, kinda not, he always seemed off on this whole thing, can't say if his clueless personality was just an act, but he really didn't fit in many of the situations he was in.

I think Kisaki is misplacing blame here, last chapter clearly shows that he was the one pushing things on hunting the fridged cases, Kiruko wasn't exactly excited to go against ghosts frequently, and Makube was more about helping people and their immediate problems, so... I think he knows that and he simply redirected the blame because of the frustration he felt on those final days.

I sympathize with Kisaki's life, but I think he already stepped far from the point of no return, there are a lot of lives lost because of his actions, so I don't think forgiveness is an option for him anymore.

I feel sorry for Fujimiya, he just wants to see something supernatural. But it keeps being denied from him. So I can understand his desperation. But I sure don't understand the obsession. What does Kizaki want with him?

Wasn't this guy locked up in a locker last time we saw him and then completely forgotten about for 15 chapters straight lol. I doubt he was always part of Kisaki's gang considering he was starting to be influenced by him during the seminar, and being left for dead like that will definitely break someone.

Alright, I was wrong about envy over Kaoru being chosen as the successor to be the root of their feud. It's professor Nimura's sudden disappearance leaving only a severed arm, and Kizaki's idea that Kaoru killed him.

Yo, Fujimiya is back and this time he's now a pawn of prof. Kizaki. The occult hunter who always failed to see the occult, I didn't notice this before but he's effectively the complete opposite of Chigarashi. Not to mention he's also popular and she's not.
