Mahina is the unstoppable force making this trainwreck keep going XD.
So Fujimiya joined Kisaki... kinda surprised, kinda not, he always seemed off on this whole thing, can't say if his clueless personality was just an act, but he really didn't fit in many of the situations he was in.
I think Kisaki is misplacing blame here, last chapter clearly shows that he was the one pushing things on hunting the fridged cases, Kiruko wasn't exactly excited to go against ghosts frequently, and Makube was more about helping people and their immediate problems, so... I think he knows that and he simply redirected the blame because of the frustration he felt on those final days.
I sympathize with Kisaki's life, but I think he already stepped far from the point of no return, there are a lot of lives lost because of his actions, so I don't think forgiveness is an option for him anymore.
