Search : Exact match for author/artist name

Currently, search matches any name that "contains" the input.

But there's no way to make an exact match.

And there are many artists with short pen-names (especially web artists), so sometimes it actually becomes an issue

For example, when trying to search for works from "Sato", you get swamped by all the artists with names Satou, Satoru and Satoshi

In some other search engines, you can just use quotation marks for exact search, but it doesn't work here.

So, it would be nice if there was some way to make an exact search, at least for author/artist. Maybe a switch between "contains" and "equals"? Or even just quotation marks working.

I did read it first, but it's very vague in regards to search.

The only specific mention is "reopen search for guests" which has nothing to do with this...

I believe this will be fixed by having author pages, which is in the planned sticky under miscellaneous.
