Search for Manga just from a specific Country?

I haven't found any thread yet regarding this.
Is there a possibility to just show Mangas from a specific Country or Search for tags from specific countries (like Japanese only)

Edit: oops, I misunderstood your question. To search for japanese manga only, click the Manga dropdown, choose search, then there is a "Original Language" filter
