In any case im still holding out hope Eltina gets added to the group/harem as a sorta mom for the kids kus she's a hot lady never lied to/tried to cheat Yuuta and has a soft spot for kids. Hard to gauge really, that guy is the one who defended the kids, and has already seen his power. He was already one that was on the fence. Its unclear how wide spread that will be.
Though really it is a strange reaction. They are basically hearing that the guild leader has been wronging someone so powerful knowingly, ordering people to take part in that. And now that leader when exposed for what he has done, is talking about having the victim murdered, and they are just we are out instead of directing anger at the leader personally? Calling for him to be removed or face justice? They are packing up and leaving their lives behind instead?
That seems strange to me, that they are just walking away and letting him keep going, vs demanding he take responsibility for his actions.

Honestly leaving the guild is the best option. Yeah, they could retaliate directly on the master, but what would that accomplish? They still have to watch out for Mr. Petty and it's about avoiding the dungeon and lay low or move to another place. By then, doing anything to the master is a waste of time and it's better to just move on and change base.

How is it strange? They participated in the bullying too. Just because the leader gets punished doesn't mean MC forgives them, at least from their perspective wise they made a very rational decision.
