Seems so far the female childhood friend is root cause of the loops and seems in one of the loops she was dating the ml but for some reason she wished to go back so something must of went wrong in the timeline. Seems the female childhood friend truly likes the ml and didn't pursue him for one part not realizing her feelings and confusing her memories and feelings for the other childhood friend. Seems in timelines he's confessed she doesn't accept it because of guilt. I'm assuming the timeline they dated she confessed first but seems something went wrong for her to go back in time. Like others said more fan of the other female character hope she's endgame.

The premise and mysteries are interesting, and the characters are alright, but my God... Everything is rushed to hell and back. Every chapter has new developments and the status quo is constantly shifting. There's no room to breathe, no time to puzzle out any mysteries because the next time you look the author has moved on to the next thing. No payoffs or resolution, just more questions, new questions, at all times.

Really disappointing.

am calling it, Himawari is actually Ota somehow and what happened in their childhood is that He probably died or something like that.

Himawari had a Crush on younger Ota and probably Just dreamt up what SHE thinks Ota would've turned out like, which just ends up being Tsubaki he is literally what SHE envisioned, which is why he is so adamant about MC's happiness and also why he clearly loves him.

The reason why they're stuck looping is cause she can't come to terms with her feelings and/or stop idealizing Ota as the perfect ''man'' which just ends up being what Tsubaki is for her, but also can't move past his death and/or come to terms with the fact that Ota died.

So she made him loop every time he wasn't honest(or she wasn't honest with herself) since she did not understand what she actually was feeling, it would also explain why she was jealous of 2nd Kaede and when asked she couldn't tell what she really

I liked how this had a proper love triangle going which got more and more complicated with each chapter. Combined with the interesting looping and cliffhangers making you hungry for the next chapter.
Also the ending is kinda BS but it was still quite fun to binge through.
