Well we all knew who it would be in the end given otherwise time wouldn't loop right, but it was nice to imagine.

Saved by the ship. A shame. I was looking forward to a Kotomi-run school.

We're gonna find out Tsuda's been in a coma this whole time and this is his coping mechanism.

You have to let them go, Tsuda, the accident wasn't your fault.

Well, both Shino and Ranko have had an active hand in spreading that ship across the student body.

Is this manga gonna be like Conan? Characters never grow any older and mangaka is trying to hit that 1000 chapters mark lol

Plot twist: They're all already dead. And the school is their purgatory. They were a corrupt and dictatorial stuco in their past live and now they're all doomed to serve as Student Council for all eternity. Repeating their slice of life over and over again

At the beginning, the students were all "Don't touch my President" and also "We don't care who's president as long as it's not me". Now they've actually voted a proper president and also want Tsuda to touch her.

@Joom: When character development only affects background characters.

I'm intrigued by this hint of shipping among the student body, though. Honestly, I want there to be full-blown shipping wars raging among the extras while Tsuda still fails to notice.

I was trying to think of named female characters with whom Tsuda hasn't raised a flag, and actually came up with five or six — the two Yokoshima teachers, Nao (the girl who's always with her boyfriend), the girl on Eiryou's StuCo who never has any lines, Mutsumi's best friend (I'm pretty sure she has a name), and the girl Tsuda judoka. So the situation is not quite as bad as I thought. (There are two other distinct girls in the Judo club that are clear of the harem, but I don't think they have names.)

OVA 9
"But I can't stop. Puberty and dirty jokes! I just can't give them up!"
"And I can't seem to give up being your straight man. But just give it a rest for today please."
Not to spoil the whole scene, I'll leave it at that.

There are SO MANY hints (more like clue bats to the back of the head). Tsuda meets Shino's mother off screen. To paraphrase "a great step was taken that day." Shino still wears the necklace from Tsuka from the Christmas party. Shino was the only one to talk to Tsuda's mother, on the phone. Kotomi has acted as Shino's "spy" on more than one occasion. The phone call when he was on the class trip, and Shino got lonely. It's all right there. I'm still confused why people are so into "shipping," when the logical conclusion has been confirmed many times.

And remember, Hikasa Youko has NEVER lost the harem wars. Poor Hanazawa Kana. I don't think she's ever won.
