So are we ever going to get an explanation as to how the fat kid got into class S?
I thought Lugh's harem was missing a few members >.>...
Jokes aside, normally i'm not a fan of harems in mesia, but for some reason i don't mind this one as much. Maybe its the levelheaded way Lugh interacts with each of the members; each one has a specific role to play in his network that's outside of any romantic feelings. Even when they do flirt and kiss (which he doesn't discourage but also doesn't actively initiate) he doesn't get flustered or panic or overreact like most other harem protags do. He just takes it for what it is and moves on, something i wish more isekai protagonosts did.
The thing i appreciate most, though, is how, so far, he hasn't given anyone false hope; everyone in the group knew what they were getting into. Talt was to be his maid and assistant assassin. Macha is Lugh's business manager and proxy. Claudia (forgot her real name) was Lugh's magic teacher, and now is his peer and magical researcher. And now Epona, the hero herself, is both Client and Target as she struggles to gain control over her abilities. Yes Lugh actively manipulates their emotions, but never has he spoken any vain promises or hypocritical words of "love". He cares for them, but as of yet he has no intention of loving them, and i think that's why it works.
This all may change in the future, but i kind of hope they keep this dynamic. I wonder how this new member will fit in, if she is indeed a future cast member
