Are you looking for spoilers? I know nothing about Light Novel version, but from Web Novel, it just started her 7th year in Owari, still busy about stuffs to do there, so I don't see any hints of marriage there, I didn't read many chapters there, just glimpse

No that's just time travel, just like this manga (no isekai here). A better fit for isekai would be Norwegian playwright Ludvig Holbergs novel "Niels Klims underground travels" from 1741, an instant international success. Niels Klim falls into a cave in Holberg's hometown Bergen and ends up on the planet Nazar, inside the hollow Earth (first hollow Earth story). Holberg didn't think it had any commercial potential, so he wrote and published it in Latin, but it was immediately translated into many other languages.
There is also the satirical "A true story" by Lucian of Samosata, an almost 2000 year old isekai story that I unfortunately haven't read but which I hope to get around to someday.
