i mean we had already multiple chapters where we seen her progress in resolve,and guerrilla warfare was a valid strategy for that situation,she's already leading that army and issuing all the orders so it's no difference than participating in it herself.

No matter how you feel about the plot or characters, what she says there is absolutely right. History is written by the winners, and sometimes the only thing you need to do to win is to survive longer than your enemies, even as you discard all notions of valor and honor to achieve it. She's being realistic here after 5 years of living in that brutal world and I like how the author is being mature about it.
