Er.. well, the first panel of the first page of this chapter says 1569, and I have a sneaking suspicion that it's supposed to be a reference to which year it is in the story... XD

Chapter 2 had the first "past" date, and back then it was 1565. They even listed which month it was, and at least the first chapters were two months long each (but some chapters must have been shorter).
