It's definitely better than the first, but you don't gain nearly as much stability on the knife as you do with the third method. I, too, used the 2nd method because it felt more natural than the first, but still felt off to me. I tried the third method after learning about it last Thanksgiving and it genuinely feels so natural to hold the knife like that. You feel completely in control of the blade. Just know if you're going to do a lot of chopping you may end up with a blister on that pointer finger. I cut up so many sweet potatoes for my wife's sweet potato casserole lol

Mine heart confesses disappointment with This manga - unfortunately by Chapter 4 , yes ; as I did not anticipate that the Run-away maiden would , so Swiftly & Decisively , bestow Her heart upon the guy in mere days , though It should have taken Far longer. I had , indeed , expected a Far Grander revelation encapsulated in dreams of a Powerful story-line , yet came for to find nothing but Mine hope getting unfulfilled. This mangaka deserves praise , lest We redefine the definition of " Being praiseworthy. " as writing such Beautiful lines and drawings - yet for to be able to only go through the idea of the beauty , without stopping. This one came from London and was reassembled in Lake Havasu in 1968-1971. Well, at least the facing stones were. On some of the stones you can still make out the numbers added during disassembly for later reassembly.
