It should be easy to prove that it is edited but considering this is a school we are talking about, I doubt they would actually put effort into determining the authenticity.

Yeah, just look at the picture. It is clear it's just an amateur edit. School teacher is actually not as dumb as often potrayed in fictional stories. Experienced teacher had many opportunities to deal with problematic students so whether they liked it or not, many of them are sensitive to these kind of things. The problem is now whether the teacher give a fuck or not, or whether the school will take action or not.

I'm assuming the girl who made it used her own body for the nude part, since the outfit had the same shading (and presumably color) as the one worn in the source image of the victims head; as a member of the team, she'd have the same outfit. That will likely help her get caught, and instead ruin her own life since its her own nude that she herself distributed.

even without that, just a 'popular/well respected person spreading rumors' would be enough but weird for her to take it out on her versus sensei considering it's not like she tried to screw her over versus just being a good track runner
