This meme is quite poignant for this chapter. If anyone hasn't seen the clip, the dude on the right is a journalist who was earnestly asking why someone would be gay.
Who says I'm gay?
This reminds me of those street interviews of a man being asked if he was okay with the LGBT in Japan or something. It lead to him talking about how he had slept with a man and went "Eh, i tried it. Wasn't for me". Can't help wonder if this will go the same route.
Yeah, that's about as much as I would expect from a convenient lesbian that was conveniently written into existence just to move the story forward quickly. Barely alive, just there to literally lecture the protagonist.
I said it before, and I'll say it again. The topics being brought up are goldmines, author simply don't know how to write![]()
Thank you Lesbian of Wisdom 🫡Well, must say he was lucky to have a lesbian close by to speak about this matter![]()
This manga gets a pass for me due to how they're tackling this topic, and also how homosexuality isn't the main point of this manga, it's just tackling the struggles that 3 highschool boys are going thruI think the mangaka is handling this topic well so far and I hope that this arc will leave some readers more understanding and informed. Probably some people went “BL? Eeew” and dropped this and that’s kinda sad![]()
It would be good if they could at least stay friends since the new boy probably needs some kinda support bc I imagine in this kinda story I don’t think his parents would accept if not still staying closeted tho the hand touching at the end might also be leading him on/giving him false hopeI'm rooting for him.
