D didn't admit it directly to Hisui, but chapter 114 is Hisui confirming she knows he is sakurama and them fighting together against Yakushi is basically them accepting that he is 'sakurama' of green battalion.

green battalion is still hiding his identity from other rangers, (though higher ups like yellow probably know since they got the footage of them fighting together)

Chidori also knew from the beginning, even giving him advice on how to act as Hibiki ("the Hibiki Sakurama I know is a...") in chapter 56. It's the reason he brought "Sakurama" into the Green Batallion in the first place.

He explains it in chapter 77.

I have been wondering something about General 03 or Ruuna

in all her appearances, she have always been a set with kiisu and i don't think i ever see them separated, i though general 03 is Azami because of this
I wonder if something happened with their relationship
