I disagree. Yena is objectively in love with Hitomi and Hitomi's more willing to give her a chance than any other character so far, so I think it's quite likely. But hey that's just my opinion and I respect yours as well.
Honestly, even if it doesn't become a thing, these arcs have lowered my opinion of everyone in them. Jin was fine with it. Just got a nosebleed. No anger, jealousy (which is what he originally felt when Yena was introduced) or nothing so he's a cuck and no matter how many good/bad things he's done in the past, my opinion of him now is at its lowest it's ever been.
My opinion of Hitomi is at it's lowest, her way of supporting her friend was awful and she hasn't been good emotional support since before the mountain climbing arc. It's like the author's purposefully making her character more shallow and one-dimensional as the story goes on. She's the one who started the cooking club you know. This Hitomi is completely different from early Hitomi.
My opinion of Lanca is at its lowest. She was endearing, naive and sincere when she was introduced but as the chapter goes on she's not there for her "packmates" when they need her she's not taking an active role in the lives of the people around her and she's still technically a loner. Has she even had friendly conversations with the other characters without Jin around. There's still room for her to improve as a character, but nothing is happening so she keeps disappointing.
The bat's pretty interesting though. Maybe it's just the novelty of her character making me curious about the different jokes they can pull out of her though...
Well... I do appreciate /anonymous/ for translating it though... For some reason all the manga I actually like are super slow in updating so I checked back in on this one and caught up. I guess I put it on the backburner for good reason though.

I disagree that Hitomi and Jin's interactions have been fanservice with little to no personality. Initial interactions with her led to the creation of the cooking club, and her meddling with him and Lanca had them come to a better understanding of each other. Even her digging into his trauma in the early chapters was an interesting dynamic.
Hitomi has interacted with Yena in the same way as she's interacted with the rest of the characters. Personally, I feel if you think she's boring with no personality with Jin it's the same with her interactions with other characters.
But I do agree that it's likely that Hitomi's written out of the equation so the author can make Jin go with Lanca in some random plot contrivance since he's messed up that plotline so badly.

Dude's a cuck man... You're getting weirdly defensive with that pretend talk or whatever.
Don't self-insert man. Especially not with a cuck. That wont end well for you.
