Setting to sort comments chronologically by default

Atm it's always
comment x 5 days ago
comment y 6 days ago
comment z 13 days ago
and so on.

Have to scroll down to the bottom each time and hit "Read older comments" if you want to read the comments chronologically in a more traditional way akin to other forums, which I'd hazard a guess a lot of people are more used to.

Only 20 comments per page is also quite annoying, I'd like an option to increase the amount.
