Then the little sister of the MC's best friend in Intergalactic Empire. Written to be even more annoying and unlikeable. Fans still thought she was funny.

Now this. I can't take this character seriously because all I can see is the author standing behind her, jumping up and down while screaming "HATE HER DAMMIT"
