Well, we've only seen the first chapter. No fat ugly bastard, and no NTR *yet* (is sensei married?). On the last page he does say "even it means hurting another girl" but we don't know how deep into edgy depravity—with themes such as depression and suicide or slavery—it will go from this chapter alone. Though arguably if it goes the opposite direction where it becomes a harem without needing aphrodisiacs then that might end up with bad writing too.
