Honestly, all rich kids should be forced to work a minimum wage job for some time, the world would be a much better place

Sadly, it wouldn’t be as effective as you might think. You don’t get the true proletarian experience without the whole package of having to find a job with pretty much nothing to back you up, then having to endure any shit your higher ups give you because you don’t have daddy’s money to bounce back if you get fired, having to find a living place while earning minimum wage, then having your shitty living conditions take a toll on your health and energy. Most probable scenario, it will just be an annoying rite of passage, to be forgotten as quickly as possible.
