The ending image is another series by the same author which is likely a spinoff of this series. The bug is the reincarnation of the woman's husband, and he shares the last same name as Kisaki, so it's more than likely that the flashback panel on pg.4 is of him while he was alive as her brother.

@darekpawlo Things are rarely that simple in real life. This is essentially very similar to racial discrimination. And in real life just reporting that to the boss doesn’t always work out. Sometimes it even makes things worse. I mean the boss can be discriminatory too. In a perfectly just world that would be the correct answer but a just world wouldn’t have discrimination in the first place. Technically they are doing their job. They are just pushing a portion of it to her.

There's also the fact that this is a Japanese company, and that the Japanese are incredibly racist towards everyone, including other Asians. ESPECIALLY other Asians.
(The Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans fucking hate each other, though the Chinese and Koreans hate the Japanese more than they hate each other.)
In a Japanese company, if you don't have seniority or are the bosses favorite, you're fucked if you try to get someone else in trouble. The one with seniority will be listened to first.
