No, she decides to seduce the maid immediately upon learning the maid wants her dead. It's the first option she defaults to, and not say have the maid fired or even just reassigned. Then, after the maid falls for her (but before she finds out others also want her dead), she fucks the maid.

Anyway I think this is enough time spent arguing about a deliberately dumb comedy manga lol.
