hmm the fact that he also has memories implies he was the one who somehow reversed the time, and that would make me like this oneshot a little bit more so i'm going to imagine that's canon

Another awkwardly executed story.... That's 3 for 3. I'd say this one was okay but it falls a bit flat because it didn't have enough content and you can totally tell this is more of a starting point then a contained short story.

Okay, on a re-read, maybe it is a story about a really creepy guy pursuing a girl past her afterlife, and we're supposed to be creeped out by the spectacled ponytail-wearig bastard. For all her gushing about how handsome he is, and how they had a fateful encounter in the past, she does not give in by the point where the story cuts off.
Or rather, I want to believe that, because the alternative of it being intentionally romantic story unsettles me.

Mmhmm, feels too short. There's no way for me to be fond of the characters 🫠🫠
Maybe these kind of story better be a series instead of one-shot...

It would have been better if the ML didn't have previous memories. He had a tragic love the first time around. The previous memories means he should have been doing things much differently that would have avoided a bad end for the queen or just straight up romanced the queen since he wasn't able to win her heart in the first go around. In the second go around, he played a passive/reactionary role as if he didn't know upcoming events. Basically he was essentially exactly the same for both times, so throwing in a memory recall for him is dumb.

I didn’t like this one. I don’t understand why he murdered her and the whole keep her pretty thing was creepy. She was never actively malicious and she’s clearly capable of learning if people teach her. And even once she returned he’s weird and manipulative. At least the art was cute.
He framed it as a “mercy” killing. Basically, either the rebels would’ve killed her or the neighboring kingdom. But, you’re right, he should’ve been teaching her how to run a nation, instead of letting her be a puppet.

Having read a ton of romance-fantasy slop, I'll say you're being very generous in your interpretation 😬 Far too often an obsessive creep like this is meant to be the lovable male lead.
