behold: the superior dude for kanako to go for. he isn't perfect but at least he isn't a 100% creep who uses his job to force women to interact with him.
also about the animal translations lol they're not even slightly translatable and muncher's doing a good job on them. you don't need to be a cook to know food tastes bad, true, but you do need to stfu and enjoy if someone gives you something nice for free. whiners in the comments: go make your own scans or fuck off lol
BTW, thank you Muncher for providing both original and translated animal text - it's the only way it makes sense. Japanese so you know what the alliteration is, English so you know what it means.
If she has to end up with someone, let it be her colleague, not the cop. That dude was cringe. Also, yeah, not very appropriate in the use of his authority.
@whatever42 @Minkulus
Huh? As a woman I think the cop is cute. He hasn't done anything wrong, just invite her to a restaurant. He isn't pushy and even cares about her well-being, worries about her current job as he knows that she was fired from her last job. He didn't force her to do anything, he just accidentally met her at the Power Ranger show. She can decline his invitation if she wanted.
I didn't see him abuse his authority or force women to interact with him like you guys said. He is way better than tons of guys out there who just push themselves on the women.
@miyako19 sorry for the late reply! When she was being interrogated a couple chapters ago, he used that as an opportunity to flirt with her right off the bat, being super unprofessional about it. Even his coworker was grossed out. When he "bumps into her" at the hero show, maybe I'm just thinking too hard about it, but it seems to me like he's only there because he was hoping to run into her (he had no prior interest in that kind of stuff until she brought up that she liked it). Maybe it's just that he ain't my type lmao.
