i havent read the next chapter yet , but i guess the new girl , sayama reina , will probably meet a terrible fate , because :

- she is the rival of president , and while president is protected by plot-armor , reina is not .
- she is a new character .
- she is not a member of the MC 's harem , so no plot-armor for her .
- she is prideful and calculated .

If not her death specifically, all the shit that's constantly happening to him and around him would take the wind out of anyone. He is probably coping by shutting his emotions in to the best of his ability.
